• This is applicable for orders that were placed via email and not on supplier's site. 
  • This simply means that order details have already been sent to the supplier and we are just waiting for their response to confirm.
  • If a customer is asking for order status and you saw on the sheet under status that it's "Waiting for Response", simply advise the customer that we have already communicated with our supplier and we're currently awaiting for feedback. You may also use template "Asking for Order Status  [Waiting for Response Status]"
