• Pretty straightforward. It's either order has already been placed on supplier's site or order details have been sent to supplier and our Paypal account or credit card has already been charged and we are just waiting for tracking details.


  • If a customer is asking for order status and you saw on the sheet that under status, it's "PAID. Waiting for Tracking Details", simply advise the customer that their item has already been ordered from our supplier and we are just waiting for tracking details. You may also use template "Asking for Order Status [PAID. Waiting for Tracking Details Status]"
